- Tangible Products - We currently ship all the tangible products (statues, figurines, vase, decorative plates, etc.) to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.
- Virtual Products - All virtual products (Chinese naming services) are available to all over the world.
Customs
Customs fees are the customers’ responsibility as these vary between countries. By purchasing our products, you consent that at any time one or more packages may attract such fees upon arrival at your country.
Tracking Information
You will receive two emails after your purchase. The first email contains your order details and confirmation. Once the item(s) have been shipped you will receive another email with tracking details. Please note that sometimes due to standard / free shipping, tracking information may not always be available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent out in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping. This can also be due to product availability.
